Stylish Blogger Award!!!

I was surprised (WOW!!!!) and so honored when Eleni at My Paradissi nominated me for the stylish blogger award.  Thank you so much for this honor!!! I just recently connected with Eleni who is an architect in Crete, Greece.  Check out her beautiful blog.

So here we go...
1.  I have a near obsession with travel.  If I'm not traveling I am thinking about the next trip I want to take.
2.  By day, I am a history teacher - Modern European History and U.S. History in Portland, Oregon.
3.  I am new to the blogger world and love it - connecting with people all over the globe.
4.  I have loved interior design all my life and have been an antique dealer and designer in my free time.
5.  I love to read - especially biographies and spy novels in faraway places.
6.  I love British detective shows and watch them obsessively.
7.  My daughter is Caitlin over at Sacramento Street . We are always planning trips together - so much fun!

    MY FIRST BLOG AWARD!!! Awwwww! Im in tears here! And on top of all, it came from one of my favourit foreign bloggers. I am so honored! I will start working on it on thursday. This week my childrens school is having its 150th anniversary. That is a BIG event here in Oslo, as the school is the oldest one in town. Hmmm, I should make a post about it!

    But first, my award-post!
