Wall of Photos & Drawings

For over a year now, I've been wanting to put together a collection of black and white photography and I have yet to do it. The only photograph I've worked into my house is a small sepia photo of a buddha that I found at the Alameda Flea Market last summer.  I think I need to work on my collection.  I love the images in the bottom left photo - don't you?

Photographs on a Shelf

I was at the Alameda Flea Market on Sunday and found some real gems.  I found a beautiful sepia photo of a Buddha and a demi john that will look great on my dinning room table.  It's remarkable how diverse and wonderful that market is.  I look forward to going back soon.  A friend found two beautiful French tables and my daughter found a variety of items for a photo shoot she is doing in the near future.

APRIL Showers...

Here are a some beautiful shots of rain - wish I felt that stylish when I was trudging through the puddles.  Only a few more days of April and I have high hopes of a sunny May. But I have to say that the last photo - taken by little brown pen really began to change my perspective on the color gray.  Perhaps I need to reassess and decide to embrace it.  After all, there are times it seems its here to stay!

Wall of Photos & Drawings

What I love about these photographs in a home in Copenhagen is the neutral tones and yet the grouping of black & white photographs.  This summer I would like to do something similar in my office/workshop.  Its so inspirational.

Beauty Isn't Just for the Young

I found this photograph on a lovely new blog I just found named algunas de los cosas. I thought this was so endearing and captivating.  Just a tender photo for you to enjoy my friends!
